Research Analyst

The Research and Learning team consults with internal clients to provide insights and drive business improvement through data driven market research. The team stays abreast of key industry trends, publishing abstracts from secondary research purchases, maintains a searchable database for general employee use, and maintains relationships with key industry research providers and consultants. The team assists SEI employees who need to conduct primary research in how to develop and deploy research to create actionable insights.
What you'll do:
'Support SEI's research needs, providing timely, relevant insights from published reports on a recurring basis
'Bring analytical expertise to key projects, including analysis and generation of key insights
'Maintain SEI's Corporate Research and Learning SharePoint Portal
'Provide guidance and support for ad hoc inquiries
'Provide assistance with inquiries on SEI's research tool, Key Survey
Position Requirements
What you bring to the table:
'Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Tableau or SAS capabilities a plus
'Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
'Internship or SEI work experience a plus
'Exposure to SEI's survey tool, Key Survey a plus
'Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, market research, or psychology

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
