Configuration Implementations Lead

Position Description The Platform Delivery Implementations team manages and/or coordinates all operational aspects of projects related to existing SEI Wealth Platform Services. These include on-boarding of new firms (with or without existing books of business), re-configurations, firm acquisitions, and client projects for certain business events pertaining to SEI Wealth Platform firms and third parties. What you'll do: o Lead and/or participate in various simultaneous client and internal projects or initiatives o Participate in project plans for each client implementation or client project in conjunction with the project management team o Support the development of the project management lifecycle through standardization and continuous improvement efforts o Ensure that all interdependencies and resource needs are captured and managed o Maintain project and team artifacts o Effectively support status updates to SEI stakeholders and clients as needed o Manage collection and population of operational configuration items in support of new client setup on the SEI Wealth   Platform o Support the asset and custody migration process o Assist in the development and support of client training and model office o Engage various internal teams as needed to support potential changes in service or operational processes including development needs o Ensure Operational Readiness to support and process for incoming firms o Perform effectively in a team environment including internal SEI teams (market units, development, operations) o Where required, train other team members o Be able to function as an individual contributor and make independent decisions where needed o Obtain professional certifications where required o Monitor and adhere to administrative policies and procedures Position Requirements What you bring to the table: o B.S./B.A. in Business or related field preferred o A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry o SEI Wealth Platform systems a strong plus o Working knowledge of SWIFT, FX, Cash and Custody processes o Knowledge of Private Banking business. o Knowledge of global instruments including equity, fixed income and fund markets o Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word ; SharePoint a plus Attributes we value: o Strong organizational skills including an ability to manage multiple plans with concurrent deliverables and resource needs o Proven ability to support resource load balancing across multiple projects o Ability to work effectively under little supervision o Ability to effectively and successfully manage multiple tasks and deliverables o Excellent time management skills o Strong adaptability, innovative skills, and attention to detail o Excellent customer service skills o Must be an effective communicator, with proven experience delivering presentations to senior management and large audiences o Strong writing skills, including an ability to effectively document o Ability to work well in a team environment Job ID #: P27289

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
