Product Solutions Analyst

The SEI Global Investment Solutions Group is an innovative and energetic team within the Investment Management Unit that is focused on building and maintaining investment products for SEI's global asset management business. These products make up the core components of SEI's investment management offering and support SEI's diverse client base which ranges from high net worth individuals to large institutions, endowments and foundations. In order to support our investment programs both domestically and globally SEI has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Product Solutions Manager in the Global Investment Solutions Group in Oaks.
Broad Objective
SEI's investment product strategy is focused on developing solutions for the institutional and intermediary channels. Our programs are developed to integrate asset allocation and investment implementation options with client goals and objectives. These solutions are designed to help clients achieve their investment objectives while managing their return expectations and tolerance for risk. The objective of this position is to manage a team that supports the investment product components of SEI's global investment strategies. The team works closely with various SEI units across the Investment Management Unit, the SEI Private Trust Company, Legal, Tax, and other SEI units in the design, development, implementation and management of SEI's investment products.
What you'll do:
' Coordination across functional teams of fund product activities including launches, liquidations, and mergers
' Project management activities related to manager on-boarding and support of our multi-manager platform
' Review existing processes, make recommendations for improvements and implement process modifications
' Assist in design and implementation of product development initiatives including investment product enhancements, operations and administrative service support, technology, client reporting, etc.
' Act as liaison with numerous functional groups in the implementation of SEI's investment products
' Supervise and oversee team projects and other activities
' Prioritize team activities to meet deadlines
' Develop and mentor team members
' Coordinate with business, data and technology partners throughout the organization to understand and define requirements related to business initiatives
' Oversee existing workflows, processes and systems. Identify ways to maintain accuracy and improve efficiency
' Prepare materials for Board meetings related to fund activities
Position Requirements
What you bring to the table:
' Minimum of five to seven years of financial services experience. Prefer trading, investment accounting and product development/management
' Technical knowledge and understanding of various types of traditional and alternative investment structures including tax and legal aspects is a plus
' Understanding of investments including equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes
' Understanding mutual fund operations

Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, individual may be required to move around the office and from building to building. This may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to be stationary at a computer for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Our office is an open environment. The individual must be able to successfully work in an open environment with a moderate noise level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
