Product Owner

Duties: Use Trading Workflows, SAFe and Agile development processes within SEI across development lifecycle to assist Product Manager in IT product development. Collaborate with the Scrum Team and serve as the customer proxy for solutions. Review and prioritize the backlog for Agile Release Train (ART) ceremony readiness. Coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners. Act as the main source for user story details and priorities. Work with the team to break down backlog items into user stories for implementation. Fulfill the quality assurance function focused primarily on fitness for use. Produce an aggregated system/product demo for key program stakeholders. Work with the Scrum Master and Product Managers to facilitate preparation and readiness for each planning session. Work with the Scrum Team during the ART ceremonies by providing story definition and providing clarification as necessary to assist the teams with story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing and drafting specific objectives for upcoming Potentially Shippable Increment (PSI). Work with Product Management and EPIC Owner to help assure the strategy and execution alignment. Assist the Product Manager in the identification and resolution of functional business or technical spikes. Work with the Solution Architect to identify and resolve areas requiring upfront design prior to PSI Release Planning. Execute and coordinate the Sprint/PSI artifacts such as Release Notes, User Guides, Rally updates, etc. Support User Acceptance Testing Process.
Position Requirements
Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field, plus two years of experience reflecting ability in the skill sets described above. Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field, plus five years of experience reflecting ability in the skill sets described above.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
