Front Desk Receptionist

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a front desk receptionist in the Oaks area!

Job Details for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: up to $16/hour based on experience
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Greeting visitors and making badges
  • Informing employees when they have a phone call or visitor
  • Using the paging system
  • Support HR Director with administrative tasks such as: faxing, filing, data entry

Job Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Recent receptionist experience
  • Strong computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience using a multi-lined phone system
  • Experience paging with a phone system

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
