CRM Analyst

SEI is a leading global provider of outsourced asset management, investing processing and investment operations solutions. SEI Investment Manager Services, a division of SEI (www.seic.com), provides total operations outsourcing solutions to global investment managers and is a leading provider of accounting and administrative services to the investment management industry.
The CRM Specialist in the IMS Solutions department will assist with interpreting & fully understanding business requirements, translating those requirements into documented technical specifications and working to help manage the process and success of CRM within the IMS business unit.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the front-end CRM support for the Investment Manager Services division of SEI. This individual should have a strong interest in building out their CRM knowledge base within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. IMS is currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (on-premises) with the intention of migrating to Dynamics 365 (online).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting end user installation, configurations, support and training
Troubleshooting issues
Managing the importing / exporting of data
Managing security administration
Generating dashboard / report
Creating system enhancements / testing
Gathering business requirements
Establishing and communicating best practices to
users
Maintaining database integrity analysis and duplicate cleansing
Improving existing processes / workflow creation
Creating and maintaining processes and
workflows (Business Process Automation)
Providing technical support as needed
Engaging in departmental projects on an as
needed basis
Staying abreast of current industry developments
and system enhancements
Position Requirements
Position Requirements:
B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business or MIS
Experience in BA/PM role or industry exp
Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
Microsoft Dynamics CRM exp strongly preferred
Microsoft Stack knowledge helpful
Strong project management experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the work environment may require an individual to move around the office and from building to building which may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to sit or be stationary at a computer and use computers for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the environment is moderate and the individual must be able to communicate and exchange information with people in person and over the telephone and email.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
