What will YOU do?
Assist and support a small team of 3-5 individuals
Develop resources and provide training and feedback to team members on a daily basis.
Learn medical rules, regulations, guidelines, and qualifications
Evaluate workflow and provide feedback to management to improve processes and efficiency
Review paperwork for errors, ensuring the success of the team's medical billing goals
Contact insurance companies to identify criteria for coverage and ensure quality of paperwork submitted

We are a performance based company that does annual evaluations and review of individual goals.
Pay competitive with industry standards - $13 - $16.50/hr
