Collaborating with the Product Management team:
Work closely with product leadership (PM's, Product Directors) to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable epics features, and user stories.
Contribute to refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Ability to elicit and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision.
The ability to analyze and break down complex requirements into smaller, manageable units (features, stories).
User Story Definition and Acceptance Criteria:
ability to define user stories in collaboration with the development team.
Ensure that the user stories are well-written, actionable, and include acceptance criteria that align with the Definition of Complete.
Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring:
share their domain knowledge with the development team, and junior BA's helping them gain a better understanding of the business context, industry practices, and end users' needs.
Facilitate conversations and clarify requirements during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standup meetings.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
ability to engage with various stakeholders, including end users, subject matter experts, and business leaders.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to understand requirements and gather valuable insights for the development team.
Agile/Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Reviews, Demos, etc.
):
Actively participate in sprint reviews and product demos, ensuring that the developed features align with the intended functionality and meet stakeholder expectations.
Gather and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement and Adaptation:
Contribute to project retrospectives, sharing insights and proposing process improvements.
Adapt and refine the Agile and Scrum practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Feature & User Story Prioritization and Backlog Management:
Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value to the market (existing and potential customers).
Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand business priorities and effectively manage the backlog in alignment with both the business and technical priorities.
Dependency Management:
Assist with defining and managing dependencies across multiple teams, focusing on setting and aligning expectations across the teams and managing the timing and sequencing of the dependent events.
Design collaboration and management:
Lead and manage the creation of design requirements/tickets, interface and collaborate with the appropriate teams (UX, Architecture, etc.
) and ensure the delivery of the necessary architecture and/or design patterns to support the product requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
