We are currently seeking a LifeRay Sr Developer to join our team in OAKS, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). Job Responsibilities Include:
. Creating and managing Liferay Portal themes. Design and Development of Portal using Liferay out of box portlets, Liferay MVC Portlets, Spring MVC portlets, Struts portlets depending on the requirement. Designing the application as per the mock ups shared by the UI team by using the UI technologies like CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, Alloy UI. Managing the Portal using strong Administrative and Deployment skills of Liferay. Integrating Portal with different BI environments using Webservices Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Can be remote for now, but expectation is to be able to come to Oaks, PA at a later time this year Basic
Qualifications:
5 plus years of software development experience utilizing Life Ray 5 plus years of experience in Development, Administration, Deployment, Up-gradation of Liferay Portal with high volume and high-reliability requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Preferred Skills:
Liferay Certified Preferred Strong knowledge and experience in Java & n-tier web applications, with knowledge of the different tiers Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings Strong experience in Wealth management or Finance/Banking Domain
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
